Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can send a text message, you can update your site. We handle the domain, hosting and everything behind it.
What counts as a small change?
Text, hours, a price, up to 10 menu items, up to 5 photos, or a banner. Small changes are free on every plan, up to 10 a day. Bigger changes use credits, and the preview tells you the cost before you approve.
What if a change goes wrong?
You see a preview before anything is public, and every change can be undone with one message. If something looks off, we'll fix it.
What if I run out of credits?
Small changes keep working. Bigger changes wait until you buy extra credits or upgrade, unless you turn on automatic top-ups with a monthly cap.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Ask in the chat any time and you'll hear back within 2 business days. Every plan includes help from a person each month for things like editing a photo or writing copy.
Which messaging app do you use?
We start with Telegram because it's fast and handles photos well. WhatsApp and SMS are on the way. You use one channel, and only your own chat can change your site.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. We connect your current domain, or help you register one. You own it either way.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours, and you take your website's files with you. Editing by message, hosting and credits end with the plan.
